Application Process 

Please complete the application to the right for the Pearl Market or the Holiday Pop-Up. Fees are due twenty-four (24) HOURS from the date on the application. Failure to remit payment within the aforementioned time will result in the forfeiture of your participation in the market.

An email will be sent to you within 72 hours per next steps, logistics and more.

House Rules 

Fire, pets, illicit drugs and weapons are NOT allowed on the premises. 

If any of the aforementioned are displayed or engaged at the market, you will promptly be asked to leave and your fee will not be refunded.


Cancellations & Refunds 

Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Last minute cancellations on the vendor's part or any acts of nature also result in the fees being NON-REFUNDABLE. Pearl Market will not hold or apply vendor fees to future events and in case of acts of nature vendors will not have the option to participate in an alternate date. If you cannot vend and provide notice within thirty (30) days time frame, you may have a family member or a friend sell your products at the event. You can suggest another vendor to take your place, however it is at the approval and discretion of Pearl Market.

Photo and video consent / Logo Submission

Photos and videos are an extremely important part of the marketing and promotion of the market. This improves participation and vendor success. All vendors automatically consent to the taking of pictures and videos of their products and likeness. All vendors automatically consent to the usage of said pictures and videos on Black Pearl Collective/Pearl Market social media platforms, websites and printed marketing materials.

The Vendor shall protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Black Pearl Collective (AKA Pearl Market), Bklyn Commons and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, suits, actions, costs and damages to which Black Pearl Collective/Pearl Market, Bklyn Commons may be subjected by reason of injury to person or property, or wrongful death, as may result from any act, omission, negligence or incompetence of Black Pearl Collective/Pearl Market, or its employees, agents, subcontractors, volunteers, including all vendors participating in the market. I acknowledge that a completed form submission does not guarantee my place in the Pearl Market. I understand that my application will be reviewed and if my application is accepted, I will then be sent an invoice for all fees related to my participation in the Pearl Market. I also agree to all of the details listed in the section above titled "Application Process". I acknowledge that all fees will be due five (5) business days from the date of the invoice. I acknowledge that my fees will not be refunded for any last minute cancellations on my part or any acts of nature. I also understand that Pearl Market will not hold or apply my fees to future events and in case of acts of nature I will have the option to participate in an alternate date. If I cannot vend at a market that I have paid for and it is within a thirty (30) day time frame, I understand that I can ask a family member or a friend to sell my products at the event. I also understand that I can suggest another vendor to take my place however it is at the approval and discretion of Pearl Market. I also give permission to Pearl Market to use images and video of my products and likeness in all promotional and marketing materials via social media, news outlets and printed materials. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Black Pearl Collective/Pearl Market as described on the Vendor Information section of the Black Pearl Collective/Pearl Market website.
